    Aimbridge Hospitality EMEA has officially kicked off its management of the iconic Twickenham Stadium Hotel. Located just outside Twickenham Stadium southwest of London, the hotel brings in rugby fans from near and far who come to visit the official home of England Rugby. Our EMEA team will treat each guest to winning hospitality with each and every stay, and will also oversee a massive refurbishment to transition the hotel to the Radisson RED brand.     It’s an honor to be the new CEO of Aimbridge Hospitality, a dream role with an industry trailblazer.     What a fantastic welcome. Everybody’s been great over the last few weeks. Thank you. Special shoutout to Ivy Nieto and her team at Canopy by Hilton Dallas Frisco Station and Dylan Roberts and his team at NYLO Dallas Plano Hotel, Tapestry Collection by Hilton.   My career has been about getting the best out of the people and properties I’m privileged to steward. That commitment carries over to this position, and I am genuinely grateful for the opportunity.   A listening tour with employees, owners, and partners is underway, and I’m already sneaking into kitchens (hey, the door was open!). Each conversation provides insight into what makes Aimbridge special, what we need to do more, and where we still have opportunities.     Simultaneously, you can bet I’m digging into our business to quickly zero in on the actions we need to take to outperform key metrics, build a winning culture, and strategically grow our business.   As many of you know, my favorite word is EFFECTIVE.   No one can match Aimbridge. We have the best talent, expertise, and scale; now it’s time to harness that power effectively.     The best is yet to come …
