Giving local food businesses the digital tools to compete

Consumers turn to their digital devices to do things like find the hot restaurant, make reservations or order take-out. A new program through Lawrence Partnership's Revolving Test Kitchen is helping local food businesses meet that demand.

 

At little or no cost to the business, the RTK's Digital Optimization Program will provide businesses the guidance and tools to take advantage of technologies that strengthen their financial and operational fundamentals; identify, attract and retain new customers; and offer innovative products and services.

    • Website Build or Optimization

    • Smart Digital Marketing including Social Media

    • Maximizing Contactless Technology

    • Customer Relations Management Systems

    • Financial Management Systems

    • Online Ordering Platforms

  • Customized digital capacity assessment

  • One-on-one expert consultations to facilitate digital solution implementation

  • Unlimited access to food industry workshops

Who Qualifies?

Independently-owned food businesses based in Lawrence, Methuen, Haverhill, Andover, North Andover and Boston.

Who's behind the Digital Optimization Program?

​

In collaboration with Groundwork Lawrence, Commonwealth Kitchen, ReThink Restaurants, Essex County Community Foundation, and Merrimack Valley Business Relief Coalition, the Lawrence Partnership will provide local food businesses expert direction and technical resources like new websites, social media tools and CRM systems through its Digital Optimization Program at little or no cost to the business. The program is part of the Revolving Test Kitchen.
